Super Cool Watches is all about appreciating and drooling over all the cool watches available to buy online for watch buyers located in the UK.
I’ve set 4 basic rules to follow;
- Available to buy from/ship to the UK 🇬🇧
- Budget between £0–£20,000 💰
- Interesting (and/or) 🤔
- Super cool 😎
The upper limit of £20,000 is a fairly arbitrary limit–we’re never going to be able to afford that–but I’m not really interested in the crazily priced luxury brands. This limit also gives me some wiggle room to include some super cool premium priced watches like an H.Moser Streamliner, incase one of you lot win the lottery or go viral with your OnlyFans account.
I’m also not going to get precious about movements or poncy about provenance.
If it’s super cool, it’s in.
Hi, I’m Ben 👋
I started Super Cool Watches so my watch window shopping online with no money had some point to it.
Now it’s called ‘research‘ rather than ‘a massive waste of time‘.
I’ve been interested in watches for over 10 years now.
This selfie is from when I went up to the British Horological Institute in Newark, Nottinghamshire for a taster day back in March 2019.
It’s a great intro to watches; you get to take one apart and try to put it back together, get to speak to the expert staff, and have a look around the museum.
This selfie on the right is from the World Time UK event back in September 2021.
It’s a great event hosting loads of mainly British brands, but also other ones too. It’s small enough to feel personal so you can chat and try-on watches if you want, but big enough that there’s plenty of watches to gawk at.

Ultimately, this site is just a ruse to earn money so I can buy a Schofield watch.
I tried one on and it fitted too perfectly, like it was mocking me.
The World Time UK watch event is held on the last weekend of September at the Sofitel in Heathrow, terminal 5, and it’s totally FREE so get yourself down there.
